the most fancy looking Hors D'oeuvres, bite size snack and portion
control. The filling can be created of inexpensive bulky and
flavourful ingredients. Preparation can be done hours in advance,
depending of how moist the filling is. The garnish part, very important
for creating an exclusive and fresh look, should take part just
prior to serving. The thin inside coating of food grade carnauba,
repels moisture, however cracks in the coating may occur. Therefore
- always make your filling as free from water as possible. The wax
coverage is about halfway up the side, so fill the shell just about
half before garnishing.
When preparing warm Hors D'oeuvres, preferably heat the
filling separate, then fill the cup and serve at once.
